  • Graduates can leverage the Post-Graduation Work Permit as a springboard into Express Entry permanent residence pathways.

Investor Visa

  • The Start-up Visa targets innovative founders backed by designated venture funds, angel groups, or incubators plus CLB 5 language ability.
  • Provincial Nominee Programs across BC, Ontario, and Atlantic provinces reward active management and capital injections in local businesses.

Skilled Visa

  • Federal Skilled Worker candidates need 1 year of continuous TEER 0-3 experience, ECA, CLB 7+, and at least 67 points on the selection grid.

Skilled Worker Visa

  • Requires a Home Office-licensed sponsor, job on the eligible occupation list, and salaries that meet or exceed the applicable threshold or going rate.
  • Issued up to five years with an ILR pathway after five years of continuous residence.

Standard Visitor

  • Ideal for tourism, conferences, short courses, or volunteering (≤30 days).
  • Applicants evidence funds, onward travel, and intent to depart; visa holders cannot live in the UK via successive visits.

Investor Visa (Subclass 188)

  • Streams include Business Innovation, Investor (AUD 2.5M investment + 65 points), Significant Investor, and Premium Investor.
