By accessing or using The Migration Station's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Services

The Migration Station provides immigration and study abroad support services including eligibility assessments, document preparation, application guidance, and general case support. Our services are advisory in nature based on publicly available immigration requirements.

No client relationship is created unless formally agreed in writing.

3. No Guarantee of Outcome

Immigration decisions are made solely by the relevant government authorities. While we strive to present the strongest possible application, we cannot and do not guarantee approval of any visa, permit, or immigration application. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

4. Client Obligations

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at all times
• Submit all required documents within the agreed timelines
• Inform us promptly of any changes to your circumstances
• Make payments as agreed in the service contract
• Respond to communications in a timely manner

5. Fees and Payment

Service fees are outlined in the individual service agreement signed before commencement of work. Government filing fees, translation costs, and other third-party charges are separate and payable by the client. Payment terms, schedules, and accepted methods are specified in the service contract.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and handle it in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as required to process your immigration application or as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Migration Station shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to visa refusals, application delays, or changes in immigration policies.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of The Migration Station and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement in accordance with the terms specified in the individual service contract. Termination procedures and any applicable refunds are governed by the service contract and our Refund Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our services are provided. Any disputes shall be resolved through the appropriate legal channels in the relevant jurisdiction.
