Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which The Migration Station may issue refunds for immigration consultancy services. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of service delivery and the specific terms of your service agreement.

2. Consultation Fees

Fees paid for initial consultations and eligibility assessments are non-refundable, as these services are fully delivered at the time of the consultation.

3. Service Fees

Refund eligibility for service fees depends on the stage of your case:

  • Before work commences: A full refund of service fees may be issued, minus any administrative charges as specified in your service agreement.
  • During document collection and preparation: A partial refund may be considered, proportional to the work not yet completed. The exact amount will be determined based on the work performed to date.
  • After application submission: Service fees are generally non-refundable once an application has been submitted to the relevant authority, as the consultancy work has been substantially completed.

4. Government Fees

Government filing fees, biometric fees, and other fees paid directly to immigration authorities are non-refundable by The Migration Station. Refunds for such fees must be sought directly from the relevant government authority in accordance with their policies.

5. Visa Refusal

A visa or application refusal by a government authority does not automatically entitle the client to a refund. Our service fee covers the professional work of preparing and managing the application, regardless of the outcome. Any refund in such cases will be at The Migration Station's discretion and in accordance with the service agreement.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please submit a written request to hello@themigrationstation.com including your full name, case reference number, and the reason for your refund request. We will review your request and respond within 10 business days.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days and returned via the original payment method. Refunds may be subject to currency exchange rate differences if the original payment was made in a different currency.

8. Disputes

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution process outlined in your service agreement or contact the relevant consumer protection authority in your jurisdiction.
